Another OTA update was pushed out for the Galaxy S3 in the last couple of days. It’s probably the fifth update (I can’t remember if there has been one between this one and the last one I wrote about). I am not entirely sure of what the purpose of the update was (most likely a few bug fixes), but as usual the result seems to be more annoying that helpful. This time, all my WiFi passwords were reset which is a real annoyance. The phone has also re-booted itself a number of times in quick succession. Not something it has ever done before (it has rebooted itself, just not repeatedly).
The updates do warn that some settings may get reset, but to have all WiFi passwords reset was a real surprise.
